So, apparentlly I slept through my very first EARTHQUAKE last night! It was about 11:30ish, and Mama said she heard a quite boom, and the bed shook. She hit Daddy, but he was listening to his book on his Ipod, so he heard nothing, but thought the cat had jumped onto the bed, was all.
Daddy tried to check on the internet this morning for any reports of quakes or explosions, but there was nothing. Mama had said something to my Grandma, but she knew nothing either. Then after the 5:00 news, Grandma called all excited because there really was an earthquake, and it was about a 3.3, nine miles south of Kannaraville.
So I've officially slept through my very first earthquake. If we had a Jello mold made up on the kitchen table, I think it would have wobbled a little bit, but that's about all.
